Intercom Changes
Most cleaning companies do not offer this service or will charge extra to change and maintain the intercom. At Third Hand that is one of the many services that we provide as a part of our full cleaning package.
Professional & Courteous Staff

- If a caretaker is sick or away, Third Hand will cover for them providing our clients with peace of mind.
-The staff are the eyes and ears in the building while residents are away and will report on any issues that may arise.
General & In-depth Cleaning
- At Third Hand, that is what we do! As a part of our core function, we ensure that the common areas are kept clean and tidy especially front enterances.
- Third Hand will go the extra mile and provide wall to wall cleaning of carpets, scrub the walls and clean those forgotten baseboards and trim.
- We will clean and maintain the garbage room when some other companies will not touch the garbage room.
